Adrian Sutherland
President/Co-Founder
Adrian Sutherland is a change agent and sports & entertainment marketer. He has spent over a decade building his reputation as an insights-oriented brand strategy expert leading media, social, and digitally rooted marketing campaigns for top-tier global entities such as Unilever, Coca-Cola, Anheuser Busch, Under Armour, Kraft Heinz, and the New York Knicks. Sutherland has extensive experience in the sports industry leading media and partnerships across the NBA, NFL, MLB, College Sports, Olympics and World Cup.
However, Sutherland’s life purpose is built on a passion for helping others unlock their greatest potential and youth empowerment via education, leadership and social impact. He believes there’s a collective responsibility within the Black community to sow into the futures we would like to see by investing time and resources into the youth communities present today.
Residing in Brooklyn, New York, Sutherland’s personal investment spans across programs such as New York Cares, Public School Alumni Mentorship, Brooklyn Rams Youth Basketball and speaking engagements focused on career education for youth minorities.
Shaniqua Schloss
Vice President/Co-Founder
Shaniqua Schloss is a licensed Social Worker (LMSW) with 10+ years of experience providing services and support to children, adolescents, adult groups, and families from diverse backgrounds coping with the everyday challenges of life. As a school social worker, Schloss assists students with behavioral, academic, and mental health concerns and prides herself in actively engaging in the growth and development of everyone she works with.
Schloss also volunteers as the Co-Director of Brooklyn Prom Project with the Prom National Network, a program that provides prom wear to high school seniors financially in need across New York City. In addition to her passion for mental health and helping others, Schloss is an entrepreneur and blogger. For several years, she has used her event planning experience in her endeavors as the co-owner of event planning and design company, Vision of Excellence Events.
With an appetite for expression through words, Schloss writes for her mental health and lifestyle blog “Journey to Serenity”, which aims to provide inspiration, knowledge, encouragement, and companionship during one’s life journey. Schloss also owns home-based travel company “Serene Travel Life”, as she believes traveling is a passport to peace.
